OnSite Office
Small-business records, in one place.
App version 3.53Keep your data safe
Your customers, records, receipts, photos, and settings are stored on this device.
- OnSite Office does not require an account and does not upload your records to an OnSite Office cloud server.
- The Backup Check tells you when new records have been added since the last backup. Create a backup before changing phones, clearing browser data, reinstalling the app, or doing a major update.
- Receipts and job photos use device storage. If space fills up, remove old images or make a backup first.
- Optional customer signatures are saved with the related job on this device and included in your OnSite Office backup.
When OnSite Office goes online
Most features work with your data stored locally.
When you tap this mileage tool, the start and destination you entered are sent to OpenStreetMap-based map and routing services to look up a route. Review the kilometres before saving.
OnSite Office opens the mail, messaging, or sharing app you choose. Those apps handle sending; OnSite Office does not send messages on its own.
Before your first job
Set the details that appear on quotes and invoices.
- Add your business name, contact name, email, phone number, and optional logo.
- Set payment terms and default invoice or quote notes.
- Use a saved service or job template to make the next quote or job faster.
Privacy policy & support
Public pages for app-store listings, plus straightforward help for OnSite Office.
Explains which information stays on your device, when route lookups or sharing happen, and how local records can be removed.
Support checklist
Try these steps first if something does not look right.
- Make a backup if the app still opens.
- Close and reopen OnSite Office, then check your records again.
- Use the backup you created to restore your information if needed.
